DURAFresh
DURAfresh shelf-life extenders naturally enhance dairy
product freshness, taste and texture. This range of natural
shelf-life exetenders is designed to inhibit grow of spoilage
bacteria, yeast and mold in dairy products yielding products
that retain their consumer appeal longer.
Alta®/Perlac®
Products that offer an alternative
to chemical preservatives. These products enhance the shelflife
of processed meats and can be used in place of or combined
with sodium lactate. Effectively provides taste, texture,
and shelflife extension in sauces and processed meats.
Upgrade®
A naturally fermented culture product which,
will prevent microbiological growth in a finished baked
product.
