The Illinois Department of Commerce and Community
Affairs hopes that this website will inspire you to call and visit
the artists, the Artisan Shops and other galleries which represent
them. There is nothing quite like seeing these high-quality works
in person. Visits to the regions where our artisans live and work
will reward you with both the finest crafts of Illinois and greatly
satisfying experiences of the state's many natural, cultural, and
vacation wonders along the way. We warmly encourage you to call,
pack up the car and explore.
